DESIGN
We placed the creative decisions in the hands of our followers and the wider community. This was by creating a range of designs for backgrounds, characters and colour variations which the public could vote upon. We asked the community questions about their perceptions of homeless people, scouted common locations, and worked out the best story possible to provide knowledge on how to help the homeless!
DEVELOPMENT
What comes together is a really nice collage of ideas, influences and styles, using humour and emotion to to bring together very disparate hand-drawn animated styles into a singular vision, shaped by the people of Norwich and beyond.

Using frame by frame animation, we took the original illustration for this little creature and turned it into this snippet of the magical world they exist in. We have lots of anticipation and excitement for how far this project will go!
