DESIGN
We placed the creative decisions in the hands of our followers and the wider community. This was by creating a range of designs for backgrounds, characters and colour variations which the public could vote upon. We asked the community questions about their perceptions of homeless people, scouted common locations, and worked out the best story possible to provide knowledge on how to help the homeless!
DEVELOPMENT
What comes together is a really nice collage of ideas, influences and styles, using humour and emotion to to bring together very disparate hand-drawn animated styles into a singular vision, shaped by the people of Norwich and beyond.
Crimson Wave
- Education Video
We created this fun and informative video for the Crimson Wave charity, telling a story and educating kids about periods. The film covers everything from products available to breaking period stigma with humour and style.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
When making educational videos, the most important part to get right is the balance between spectacle and information. The two characters keep the story connected, bookending the film, and giving a personal edge to the information presented. It gave us an opportunity to work with rigged puppets and lip-sync again, merging our original characters with Crimson Wave's brand colours.
