What comes together is a really nice collage of ideas, influences and styles, using humour and emotion to to bring together very disparate hand-drawn animated styles into a singular vision, shaped by the people of Norwich and beyond.

- Animated Explainer
An explainer created for an online learning company, using long camera movements and flowing linework to create an elegant and connected final film.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
The main challenge here was the linework. As the animation is 'drawn to life' it was an interesting balance between simple flowing lines and more complex drawings, to keep the film visually engaging but without becoming overwhelming. We wanted sequences to flow naturally into the next without too many pauses (but without flying by, either) and after a few iterations, we managed to find that balance really well.
